I’m a painter based in Eau Claire, WI, where I live with my wife and kids. My studio is tucked into our home, and my work travels farther than I do—showcased at art fairs across the country and online.

I work in heavy body acrylic on canvas, using bold, textured strokes that embrace the impasto style of French impressionism. Each brush mark is visible, creating a stained-glass effect that invites the viewer to slow down and see.

I believe art is both wild and sacred. It helps us notice what we might otherwise overlook: the dignity of the earth, the quiet strength of a wild animal, the holy hush of stillness.
